Pet Care

Every member of our team is passionate about delivering the best care possible for our patients and clients, and the health, wellbeing and comfort of visitors to our hospital is our priority. 

Our referrals team are certificate holders, advanced practitioners and registered veterinary nurses, fully supported by our team of trainees. We’re based within Woodcroft Veterinary Hospital, which is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by a designated on-duty vet and nursing team, meaning patients are never left unattended while in our care.

​Inpatients can be monitored closely through the night if needed, medication can be administered at any time and anxious patients can be attended to immediately.

We have separate cat and dog wards which provide warm, safe and secure kennelling, and which are rigorously cleaned between patients, ensuring effective infection control.

We also have isolation kennels located away from the main dog and cat wards in order to prevent the spread of potentially infectious diseases, with strict animal handling protocols in place.

Throughout our hospital we have state-of-the-art facilities to offer the very best service. And most importantly, we love what we do, and pride ourselves on caring for every pet who comes through our doors as if they were our own.
