Dermatology Team

Ruth graduated from Liverpool in 2011 and has worked for the last 15 years in small animal practice in Cheshire and Merseyside. 

It wasn’t until she needed to treat her own dog’s atopic dermatitis that she realised her passion for dermatology and subsequently completed her certificate in 2023. The stats show that 85% of skin cases in first opinion practice have an allergic component and so Ruth is happiest getting to the bottom of persistent itches and recurrent ears,, however she is happy to receive any unusual skin manifestations that need a closer look.
