We understand how important your clients and patients are to you, and the level of trust you are placing in us when you ask us for assistance. That is why we treat them not just as if they were our own patients, but as if they were our pets.

​Once our treatment is finished we hand them over for aftercare, ensuring that you are fully informed on their case, and we remain there for you at any time if you have questions. 

We strive to make our referral process as efficient as possible. Our updated online form allows you to quickly hand over all of the relevant details, and we take care of the rest, from booking appointments to insurance queries.

We place a lot of emphasis on collaboration, and this applies in-house too. With all referral disciplines under one roof, communication between each service is fluid, meaning we can look at a case from all angles.

​Our equipment is extensive and state-of-the-art, and designed to ensure patient comfort alongside the best clinical results. Our patients are housed in spacious, calm, separate dog and cat wards, where they are cared for by our lovely vets and nurses, all of whom are encouraged to pursue further qualifications.

​We pride ourselves on an exceptional level of anaesthetic care and monitoring post-surgery. We are open 24 hours, meaning there is always both a vet and a nurse on site should a patient need anything.
